Why has the kit been discontinued?

As you will be aware, last year Nutri Advanced joined forces with the renowned supplements company, Metagenics.  This collaboration allowed us to to align with a global brand known for its professional grade supplements and commitment to the highest manufacturing and product quality standards. 

In our ongoing efforts to integrate further with Metagenics, and enhance our commitment to excellence, we have been diligently working to standardize our quality processes across Europe. We are delighted to announce that, as a result of these endeavours, we have recently achieved ISO 9001 certification for Quality Management. 

With these stringent quality guidelines in mind, we regret to inform you that we can no longer offer individual product samples to our valued customers.  As per these guidelines, only sealed products complete with comprehensive ingredients list and full traceability are permitted for sale.  This necessity has led us to make the difficult decision to withdraw the following items from sale with immediate effect.

· Individual product samples 

· Kinesiology test kits

For those customers who currently own and use kinesiology test kits, you can remain up to date with product changes via our website under the Products tab (select Product Updates), or through the product updates page.

For those affected by these changes we sincerely apologize.  We remain committed to providing you with the best products and support as we continue to develop our business for the future.

I would like to arrange my products differently in my testing kit.

We have provided several different layout options on our website which can be printed on an A4 printer and attached to the lid of your box. Despite taking advice on these different layouts we understand that you may operate your business in a very bespoke way so we have also provided a blank template for you to print out and arrange the products in a way that meets your individual needs.

I would like different products in my kinesiology kit, is this possible?

The products in the current kit are our top selling products.  The samples you receive cover all our main categories and approximately 60% of our volume sales. At this moment in time we are not able to offer personalised product selection for our Kinesiology kits.

Can I order a sample of a product not contained in my kit?

Additional samples may be ordered over the phone at a cost of £1 per sample + postage. We will endeavour to get the product to you as quickly as possible, but timings will depend on stock availability. If there is a stock issue with your requested sample, you will be notified at the time of the order.

 

What happens when products in the kit are reformulated? 

When you purchase the test kit, you will automatically be signed up to our Kinesiology Support Service where you’ll receive regular email updates on all of our product reformulations and introductions. To enable you to manage your kit in the best way for you, you’ll be given the opportunity to purchase replacement product samples if you wish. Samples are priced £1 per sample plus P&P, or free of charge if included with a product order. Please note that these cannot be ordered online but a member of our Customer Service Team will be happy to take your order on 0800 212 742 (option 1). 

 

Why is this kit so expensive?

Following feedback from many of our Kinesiology Practitioners we have developed a bespoke box which is durable enough to last and arranged in a way that clearly displays the products.  The medical quality glass vials we have selected are made from amber glass to protect the products inside, with a wide neck so you can easily remove products for testing if required.  We have supplied multiple tablets/capsules in each vial to enable you to dose the product should you practise in this way. All of our kits are hand assembled as they are ordered so that the products in the testing kits have the longest shelf life possible.  We believe that this kit offers very good value for money. The price that you pay for the kit only covers the cost of the box, vials and postage; all products are provided free of charge.
