Fatigue

Helping your recovery

If you’ve been suffering from certain symptoms for over 6 months – including tiredness, headaches, bloating, joint pain and poor sleep – then you may have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS).

CFS is most common among females between 40 and 60. However, the debilitating condition can develop in anyone and then linger for years. And since other illnesses have a similar effect on the body as CFS, diagnosing it can often be tricky.

Exactly what causes CFS has yet to be understood. Doctors suspect it may be the result of when several factors combine - such as a viral infection, allergies and environmental toxins.  And though what causes the condition isn’t clear, a number of studies have shown that targeted nutritional intervention can support your system in the recovery process.

This could include plant enzymes, herbal adaptogens or a high-strength magnesium powder, depending on what your health practitioner believes may be causing your symptoms.

Find out more about CFS and how our products can help in the information below.
