Every single day we have a basic requirement for a broad range of essential vitamins and minerals. Ideally, we’d obtain all of these essential nutrients from our food. In fact researchers concluded that ideally everyone should be taking a multivitamin whatever one’s diet, balanced or not, it now seems prudent to supplement with a good quality multivitamin & mineral, simply as a basic health insurance to support wellness, both now and in the future.
