Promoting Optimal Digestive Function
Number 33. For Professional Use Only
Many people have experienced symptoms of improper digestion at one stage or another but for many people it is a daily occurence. Incomplete digestion can be a major factor in many chronic health issues and repeated occurrence of symptoms such as bloating, pain and wind after meals as well as diarrhoea, constipation, food intolerances and gastroesophageal reflux can lead to more complicated and serious health issues. Chronic digestive problems can lead to the development of food sensitivities, as well as an imbalance of gut flora and the build up of toxins. These toxins may enter the systemic circulation and compromise health even further.
