Similase is a broad-spectrum blend of plant-based enzymes like protease, amylase, lipase, lactase, and cellulase, plus artichoke extract to support overall digestion, and was ideal for comprehensive support across all food groups, including fibres and dairy.

New MetaDigest® Triple Action builds on this foundation with fast-acting enzymes that start working immediately in the stomach, combined with ginger root extract to help relieve bloating, heaviness, or nausea after meals. Different organs in the digestive system function at their own optimal level of pH. For example, the stomach requires a low (acidic) pH to break down food and destroy germs, whilst the intestine has a higher pH because the enzymes that ‘work’ there need an alkaline environment to work efficiently.
