Vitamin A

Vitamin A (also known as retinol, or retinoic acid) is a fat-soluble vitamin and a nutrient which can help to support a number of areas of health including vision, growth, cell division, reproduction, thyroid function, and immunity. It is also often used in skincare to help support healthy ageing.

Vitamin A can be found naturally in foods such as spinach, dairy products and liver, as well as foods rich in beta-carotene, such as green leafy vegetables, carrots and cantaloupe, as our bodies can convert beta-carotene into vitamin A.
