Saw Palmetto + Stinging Nettle Complex is a unique combination of botanicals and nutrients, including saw palmetto, zinc, plus lycopene, nettles, and a powerful combination of antioxidants such as pomegranate extract and resveratrol, which work synergistically to support prostatic health in men, and help to maintain hormonal balance in women.

Saw palmetto (Serenoa repens) berry extract, standardised to 45% fatty acids: Saw palmetto is a herb used to support male health, including urinary tract and prostate health. Whilst Saw palmetto has traditionally been used to support male health, more recently many practitioners may now use it for women with certain hormonal imbalances.

Stinging nettles root extract (Urtica dioica): Long used in traditional medicine to support prostate health.

Botanical extracts including resveratrol, pomegranate extract, and maritime pine bark extract: Extracts selected for their antioxidant properties, to help to protect fatty acids and cell membranes from oxidative stress.
