We provide ashwagandha as KSM-66®, a high potency and clinically-studied root extract which may help people fall asleep quicker, and stay asleep longer, as confirmed in a study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology in 2020* This is thought to be due to its high content of withanolides, which help the body cope with stress – with stress known to have a negative impact on sleep.
