Chronic stress is a fast growing problem. We are no longer living in an age where the primitive stress response protects us, in fact it now does the opposite. Changes in lifestyle and diet have evolved quicker than our genetic make-up can cope with, leaving us vulnerable to ill health and disease as a result of prolonged exposure to stress.

Miguel splits this webinar into three key sections

• Stress, the HPA Axis and Neuroplasticity
• The Brain - Skin Axis. Why Worry Makes Us Age
• Strategies to modulate stress response, both from a nutritional and lifestyle angle, which are proven to help mitigate the effects of ageing
