We're incredibly excited about Superfood Plus, a chocolatey fruit & vegetables powder mix, so to celebrate we've put together some of our favourite Superfood Plus recipes for you to try, we've also created a fun little video to guide you through the recipe for Coconut and Chocolate Balls .

Coconut and Chocolate Bites

 

1 scoop UltraPro Whey Vanilla
½  cup ground almonds
1 scoop Nutri Superfood Plus
¼ cup almond & coconut butter (can be substituted for another nut butter such as Peanut Butter)
⅛ cup maple syrup

Mix the UltraPro Whey Vanilla, ground almonds and Nutri Superfood Plus together until completely combined. Add the nut butter and maple syrup until it forms a ball. You may need to add more of the wet ingredients to get the mixture to bind better. Roll the mixture into 8-10 balls and keep in the fridge. 
 

Iced Mocha Latte with Superfood Plus

1 serving Nutri Superfood Plus
1 heaped tsp instant coffee
100ml cold milk
100ml cold water
Agave syrup or similar to taste

Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until coffee granules have dissolved. Pour over ice and enjoy.

 

 

Superfood Plus Chocolate Mousse

1 ripe banana
1 ripe avocado
100ml cold milk
Few drops vanilla extract
2 servings of Nutri Superfood Plus
1 tbsp coconut oil
Date nectar to taste

Blend all the ingredients together then fill small glasses or ramekins with the mousse. Will keep for up to 2 days in the fridge and makes 2 servings.

 

 

Overnight Oats

1 scoop Nutri Superfood Plus
50g oats
100ml cold milk
150ml unsweetened almond milk
1tbsp peanut or other nut butter
3-4 strawberries

Combine the almond milk, nut butter and Nutri Superfood Plus and mix well. Don’t worry if the nut butter doesn’t disperse well. Add the oats to a sealable jar and add the almond milk mixture. Stir well. Seal the jar and put in the fridge overnight. Just before you eat, chop up the strawberries, add on top and enjoy.

 

 

Protein Bars

1tbsp honey
2 scoops UltraPro Whey Vanilla
1 scoop Nutri Superfood Plus
½ cup of flax seed
2 spoons of peanut butter

Blend then press into a tin and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Cut into bars and continue to keep in the fridge.
